service

just got a very NOT nice, half-hearted service from a waitress in a store we went on. wondering why on earth she did that to a customer.

a customer might not have intention to buy the goods right away, but they may change  their mind when they get a friendly-persuasive service. with those horrible service, you just buried your chance of selling.

wish not to see any of unfriendly service again in the future..
